  • 2 cans Tuna (130g each)
  • 50 g Hemp Seeds
  • 2 free range eggs
  • 10 g chive or spring Onion
  • ½ Chilli
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil (extra virgin)
  • ½ Lime
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1 Avocado
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 1 Iceberg
  • Mixed Seeds (optional)
